Tiána Lynn founded Wholistic Vibes Wellness in January 2024 after a career spanning non-medical case management, HR and operations, mental health case management, and activities direction — roles defined by client documentation, grant compliance, burnout navigation, data systems, and employee morale.

WVW is not a pivot. It is the institution that should have existed when Tiána was navigating these systems herself. She builds from lived experience, professional rigor, and an unapologetic commitment to the people the work is supposed to serve.
